Sashimi lunch

After last night I feel really greedy. I spent hours looking at other peoples blogs and just getting inspiration whilst getting hungrier and hungrier. I tried going into the kitchen to see if we had anything to at least snack on, but no, we had nothing. We had some honey, strawberry jam and lemonade. Not really something I could make anything out of.

And I think I must have dreamt about food, ’cause the second I woke up I was like “I need me some serious nom today!”. And this lunch here is one I spoil myself with once in a while.

Etter i går kveld så føler jeg meg grådig. Jeg brukte flere timer på å se på matbloggene til andre, mens jeg merket sulten bli sterkere og sterkere. Jeg tok flere turer til kjøkkenet for å se om vi hadde noe å snackse på, men nei, ingenting. Vi hadde litt honning, jordbær syltetøy og lemonade. Ikke noe man kan lage noe ut av.

Og jeg tror jeg må ha drømt om mat, for det første jeg tenkte på da jeg våknet var “i dag må jeg spise noe skikkelig godt!”. Og dette er lunsjen jeg skjemmer meg selv bort med en gang i blandt. 

It’s really easy and it’s superhealthy. I use Salma salmon, which is super fresh salmon as it has only taken 4 hours from it’s been caught to it being ready to eat. No skin and no bones; it’s the perfect sushi fish.

I cut up half an avocado (always tempted to take the whole thing, but gotta watch them calories) and some chives and sprinkle over the cut up salmon. Toss everything in a bowl and sprinkle your favorite soy sauce over.

Nom!

Det er kjempelett og supersunt. Jeg bruker Salmalaks som er en superfresh beinfri og skinnfri laks som er perfekt til sushi. 

Kutter opp en halv avocado og litt gressløk som jeg har over. Har alt i en bolle og heller litt soya saus over. Ferdig! Nam nam nam. :-)
